Privacy Notice

Your information, handled with care.

Information We Handle

We handle the information you provide through inquiries, bookings, email or phone contact, client event forms, song requests, vendor details, and agreements. Depending on the service, this can include contact details, event plans and timelines, venue and vendor information, music selections, agreement content, and communications with us.

For agreements, we record signature evidence including the signer’s name, signing time, and IP address. For payments, we retain payment status and Stripe checkout session identifiers; payment card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored in this application.

How We Use It

We use this information to respond to inquiries, check availability, prepare and deliver event services, coordinate vendors and timelines, manage music planning, send service communications, administer agreements, process and track payments, and operate our internal business records.

Service Providers

We use providers that support the services described above: Vercel for website hosting and operation; a PostgreSQL database for business records; Postmark for email when configured; Stripe for payment checkout and payment-status notifications; Spotify and Apple’s iTunes Search service for music search and metadata; and Cal.com for availability requests.

When you use the availability calendar, your browser requests available times from Cal.com. The calendar does not send the rest of your inquiry details to Cal.com.

No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information.

Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business records, resolve issues, and meet applicable legal or contractual obligations. The appropriate period depends on the information and the relationship.

Links and Account Security

Client hub, event-form, agreement, and payment links use unique bearer tokens. Anyone who has one of these links may be able to access the related resource, so please do not forward or publish them. Contact us promptly if you believe a link has been shared or exposed.

Questions and Requests

To ask about this notice, request access to or deletion of information, or report an exposed link, contact us at (509) 552-7960 or use our inquiry form. We will consider deletion requests subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.
